Tony Award winner Patti LuPone will star in the new Broadway play "The Rave" by Tony winner Jen Silverman. Mia Farrow and Jack O'Brien will also join the cast.
Previews for "The Rave" will begin in March 2024 at a theater to be announced. The play will be directed by Tony winner Jack O'Brien.
"The Rave" is a new play about a group of friends who reunite for a weekend at a country house. The play explores the themes of love, loss, and friendship.
LuPone is a two-time Tony Award winner for her performances in "Evita" and "Gypsy". She has also starred in such Broadway shows as "Sweeney Todd", "Les Misérables", and "Sunset Boulevard".
Farrow is a Golden Globe Award winner for her work on the television series "Rosemary's Baby". She has also starred in such films as "Hannah and Her Sisters", "Crimes and Misdemeanors", and "The Great Gatsby".
Silverman is a Tony Award winner for her play "The Moors". She has also written such plays as "Wild" and "Collective Rage: A Play in Five Betties".
O'Brien is a Tony Award winner for his direction of the Broadway revival of "The Coast of Utopia". He has also directed such Broadway shows as "Hairspray", "The Full Monty", and "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels".
